Savory Herbs // harvesting & preserving for the kitchen


This video is all about preserving fresh herbs from the garden to use in the kitchen: sage, rosemary, thyme and bay leaves. You'll learn how to create a beautiful and flavourful bouquet garni, a herbal-infused salt and a herbal-infused vinegar - we'll also show you how to identify tasty wild sorrel to add a splash of citrus to spring salads!

If you don't have access to fresh herbs, you can still create your own infused salt with dried herbs instead, like our farm-grown Herbes de Provence.
